K.C. White was a Jamaican reggae singer known for his covers, including the hit "First Cut Is The Deepest." His career began in the 1970s, during which he released several notable singles such as "No, No, No," "Man No Dead," "Anywhere But Nowhere," "Selasi I," and "Let's Love." In the mid-1970s, he moved to the United States to further his music career, working with Brad's Records, a prominent reggae label in the Bronx, New York, where he produced songs like "We Need More Love." Throughout his career, White collaborated with various labels, including Zola Zola, a Dutch company, and released a total of four albums.
