Kempy and the Guardians is a garage band based in Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas. The members are students from Adamson and Sunset high schools in Oak Cliff. They gained recognition as the house band of the 'Rocket' roller rink in the area. One of the key members of the band is George "Kempy" Rawlings.
