Kenji Omura was a Japanese jazz-fusion guitarist born on May 5, 1949. He later became a session guitarist and was a member of the expanded live band of the Yellow Magic Orchestra. Throughout his career, he contributed to numerous albums by the group and their various solo projects. Kenji Omura passed away on November 18, 1998.
