Kenny Brown is an American blues slide guitarist and vocalist, born on July 5, 1953, in Selma, Alabama. He studied under notable musicians before beginning his performance career in 1971. Brown's guitar playing was featured in the 2006 film "Black Snake Moan," where he provided backing for Samuel L. Jackson's vocals. He currently resides in Potts Camp, Mississippi.
