Kenny Lynch (born 18 March 1938, Stepney, London, England; died 18 December 2019) was an English singer, songwriter, entertainer, actor, and publisher. In the 1960s, he achieved notable success with two UK Top 10 singles, "Up On The Roof" and "You Can Never Stop Me Loving You," along with an additional seven UK Top 40 singles.
