Kent Westberry is an American country and rockabilly musician and songwriter, born on May 23, 1939, in Miami, Florida. He has been married since 1967 and has written over 500 songs, including notable tracks such as "Hello Out There," "Love In The Hot Afternoon," and "Memory Maker." In addition to his songwriting career, he authored the book 'I've Got a Song to Write: 60 Years in Country Music' and co-wrote the children's book 'Jubal the Cat' with his wife. Westberry is affiliated with BMI (IPI# 40619995).
