Khepra is a band that blends Symphonic Death Metal with unique Middle Eastern and Anatolian influences, incorporating traditional instruments such as the Ney, Duduk, Bağlama, and Kemane, alongside ethnical chants, clean vocals, and various symphonic choirs. With contributions from over 20 musicians during album recordings, each element adds distinct flavors to their music. Thematically, their work explores occult studies, Anatolian and Mesopotamian mythologies, religions, and cosmology, aiming to create an immersive atmosphere for listeners that transports them through different ages. Originally established under a different name, the band rebranded as Khepra and released their first full-length album, "Cosmology Divine," on September 10, 2016, through Naturmacht / Rain Without End Records.
