King Britt is an American DJ, producer/remixer, and artist born in 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began his career in 1992 as the DJ for a Grammy-winning hip hop-jazz-fusion band. Over the years, Britt traveled internationally, establishing himself in the house music scene as a solo DJ. He formed a partnership with a well-known Philadelphia DJ and producer, who played a significant role in his career development. One of their early collaborations was the classic track "Tribal Confusion" (1990). In 2014, Britt founded his own label and continues to contribute to the music industry.
