King Horror is a Jamaican reggae toaster known for his distinctive vocal style. It is believed that he was originally a Calypsonian named Lord Davey, who relocated to the reggae scene. Interestingly, another voice attributed to King Horror often appeared on rival discs, suggesting that this may have been a stand-in when Mr. Davey was unavailable to contribute his growl to the rhythm track.
