Kirile Loo (April 8, 1960–June 24, 2025) was a vibrant and enchanting artist from the Northern Estonian village of Varinurme. Growing up primarily at her grandmother's home in Alutaguse, an area rich in primeval forests, she developed a deep connection with nature, surrounded by wildlife such as bears, elk, wolves, and snakes. Loo's music, characterized by her captivating and soulful voice, reflects the timeless essence of her surroundings and the haunting quality of dreams. Her artistic ideals are rooted in ancient times, expressing thoughts in a straightforward manner, reminiscent of primitive human expression.
