L7 is an American grunge punk and alternative rock band that originated in Los Angeles. Formed in 1985, the band disbanded in 2000 but reunited in 2015. The lineup includes Donita Sparks on vocals and guitar, Dee Plakas on drums, Suzi Gardner on guitar and vocals, and Jennifer Finch on bass. Former members include Gail Greenwood and Janis Tanaka, both of whom also played bass. L7 should not be confused with a short-lived group that featured future members of another band.
