La Bionda was a musical duo from Milan, consisting of brothers Carmelo and Michelangelo La Bionda. They are recognized as the inventors of Italian disco music. The brothers began their careers as songwriters in the theater before transitioning to musicians and record producers. Carmelo La Bionda was born on February 2, 1949, in Ramacca and passed away on November 5, 2022, in San Donato Milanese.
