Lab Report is an electro-industrial band that formed in the late '80s, originally as a trio consisting of Matthew Schultz, Eric Pounder, and Derek Frederickson. They signed with Invisible Records and released their debut album, Figure X-71, in 1991. The band followed up with two more albums in 1994 and 1995 before going on hiatus. In 1997, after Pounder left the group, Schultz and Frederickson continued as a duo and released the album Excision. Since then, Lab Report has maintained a steady output of new albums, which are available exclusively through their website.
