Laurent Pernice is a French musician known for his innovative use of samplers and electronics. A former member of the French band Nox, he developed a unique sound characterized by an ethic/industrial collage in his releases, including "Permis de Construire" (1988) and "Sortie Vers la Ville" (1994), both of which feature his distinctive jarring vocals. In 1992, he released a more conventional work titled "Axident." His experimental journey continued with albums like "Sept Autres Creatures" (Odd Size, 1996), "Yppah" (Moloko+, 2001), "Infrajazz" (2003), and "Drosophiles & Doryphores" (2004). In 2014, Atypeek Music republished his complete discography on digital platforms.
