Liasons D is a musical group centered around Paul Ward and Sven Van Hees, with contributions from Jan v/d Bergh and additional support from Frank De Wulf and Marcos Salon. The group's origins trace back to 1985 when Paul and Sven hosted a radio show called Liaisons Dangereuses on S.I.S. Antwerpen, where they played a variety of genres including EBM, House, New Beat, Acidhouse, and Synthpop. In 1989, they formed their own band, initially named after the radio show, but due to an existing band with that name, they opted to call themselves Liaison(s) D.
