Liev Tuk was a Cambodian "rock star" born in the 1940s. He gained prominence during the late 1960s and early 1970s, creating a unique sound that blended soul, blues, and rock n' roll. His career was cut short by the Khmer Rouge takeover, and little is known about his personal life. It is believed that he was killed during the Cambodian Genocide under Khmer Rouge rule.
