Limp Bizkit is a rap-rock and nu-metal band formed in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Initially named "Limp Biscut," the band later changed their name to "Limp Bizkut" before settling on "Limp Bizkit." The band has undergone various lineup changes over the years. The current members include the lead vocalist and drummer, both of whom have been with the band since its inception in 1994, as well as a guitarist who joined in 1995 and has had multiple stints with the band. DJ Lethal, responsible for turntables, sampling, and programming, has been a member since 1996, with a break from 2012 to 2018. The band has had several former members, including a bassist who was part of the group from 1994 until his passing on October 19, 2025, and various guitarists throughout its history. Additionally, there have been former touring and session musicians contributing on bass, drums, guitar, and keys at different times. Limp Bizkit continues to be recognized for their impact on the modern rock scene.
