Limpe Fuchs, born in Munich in 1941, is renowned as one half of the husband and wife fusion duo Anima. In addition to her work with Anima, she has pursued an extensive solo career, showcasing her talents through her voice, violin, and increasingly, through small sounds and installations. In 2010, play loud! productions initiated the Limpe Fuchs Archive series to reissue her works, including those from Anima, Anima-Sound, and her solo projects.
