Little Ben & The Cheers were a vocal group from Chicago's Southside, known for their recordings of at least 15 singles across various labels. The group consisted of brothers and cousins, with Little Ben as the lead vocalist, supported by a first tenor, a second tenor, and a bass. They were the children of a popular Chicago gospel group. Despite their talent, particularly Little Ben's powerful tenor voice reminiscent of another artist, the group struggled with inadequate management, poor promotion, and bad timing, which hindered their success.
