Little Simz, born Simbi Ajikawo on February 23, 1994, in Islington, London, UK, is a British rapper, singer, musician, recording artist, and actress. She is known for her role in the Netflix series "Top Boy" (2019). Little Simz's fourth album, released in 2019, was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize, as was her fifth album in 2021, for which she won the award. In February 2022, she received the 'Best New Artist' award at the Brit Awards.
