Little Tommy and The Elgins is a musical group hailing from Coatesville, Pennsylvania, United States. The band was formed by students at Scott High School, consisting of Tommy Bryant, Arnold Runner, Curtis Allen, Nathan Alston, and James Toland. Initially known as Little Tommy & the Germs, they later adopted the name The Elgins, inspired by the watches produced in Elgin, Illinois. In the band, Alston and Allen served as the guitarists, while Toland, Bryant, and Runner took on vocal duties.
