Lives of Angels is the project of Gerald O’Connell, a British musician and producer whose work emerged from the early 1980s post-punk and minimal wave scene. Originally conceived as a collaboration with his late partner Catherine O’Connell, Lives of Angels blends atmospheric synthesizers, stark drum programming, and introspective vocals to create a haunting, cinematic sound. Their cult-classic album *Elevator to Eden* (1983) was reissued by Dark Entries Records, earning renewed recognition among contemporary fans of vintage synth and experimental pop.
