Lizzy Borden is a heavy metal, speed metal, and shock rock band formed in 1983 in Los Angeles, California. The current line-up includes Lizzy Borden on vocals, Colton Seaver on bass, A.C. Alexander on guitar, and Joey Scott Harges on drums. The band has seen several former members over the years, particularly in the guitar and bass positions. Notable past guitarists include Gene Allen, Tony Matuzak, Alex Nelson (who tragically passed away in a car accident on May 17, 2004), Joe Holmes, David Michael Philips, Ronnie Jude, Corey Daum (who also died in a car crash on January 24, 2009), Joe Steals (2003-2004), and Ira Black. Former bassists include Mike Davis and Steve Hochheiser. Lizzy Borden's music was featured in the 1988 horror film "Black Roses," where the band performs "Me Against the World" from their album "Visual Lies."
