Loose Ends is a music group formed in London in 1980 as a trio, originally consisting of a guitarist and vocalist, a vocalist, and a keyboardist. The latter two members departed in 1989 due to musical differences, leaving McIntosh to continue with new vocalists for a few years. The group developed a high-class synth soul, R&B, and urban contemporary style, perfected by their producer. Over the years, Loose Ends released five albums and achieved hits such as "Hangin' On A String (Contemplating)," "Magic Touch" (1985), "Slow Down" (1986), "Watching You" (1988), and "Don't Be A Fool" (1990). In recent years, McIntosh has reactivated Loose Ends, bringing Carriere back into the lineup. The group is currently recording new material, performing, and preparing for a US tour. Additionally, Jane Eugene tours as "Loose Ends Featuring Jane Eugene."
