Loretta Lynn was an American country singer and songwriter, born on April 14, 1932, in Butcher Holler, Kentucky. She passed away on October 4, 2022, in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. Lynn was a widow and the sister of Peggy Sue. She was the mother of Ernest Ray Lynn and Cissie Lynn, as well as a grandmother.
