Los Blanco is a Venezuelan band that has been active since the 1960s. Founded by four members of a musical family from Maracaibo, Venezuela, the band consists of Bernardo on alto sax, Cecilio on percussion, Ricardo on trumpet, and Leopoldo, Ricardo's twin, who plays timbales and is one of their singers alongside the guarachero. Proudly identifying as Los Blanco de Maracaibo, the band performs a variety of tropical rhythms, including guaracha, pasodoble, bolero, porro, cumbia, and merecumbé. Los Blanco enjoys significant popularity in Venezuela and Colombia.
