Los Electrónicos is a folk-rock band dedicated to interpreting Colombian traditional music. They utilized the most up-to-date studio techniques of their time to create a fresh approach to the songs they performed, guided by their slogan of “Utter Respect” for the original songs and moods. The band's approach resulted in total rhythmic, tonal, and instrumental liberty. It was formed by a guitarist who is an ex-member of another band, along with an Italian drummer.
