Los Frontera is a Spanish rock band formed in the mid-1980s by Javier Andreu, Antonio Berzosa (Toni Marmota), José Battaglio, Joaquín (Quino) Maqueda, and Rafa Hernández, who soon left to pursue other ventures. The band saw contributions from Toti Arbolés on drums for some records, and in 1987, Charlie Fierro joined as a keyboardist. Over the years, the lineup has changed, but Javier Andreu and Toni Marmota have remained at the helm. The band gained recognition after winning the Madrid Rock Villa Contest in 1984, leading to the release of their debut album. Their most significant popularity came with the albums "La Rosa de los Vientos" (1989) and "Palabras de Fuego" (1990).
