Los Macuanos is an electronic music project that began in 2009 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Emerging from a city known for the sounds of the Nortec Collective, Los Macuanos take a different approach, representing a new generation and confronting a different reality. Initially formed as a trio consisting of Moisés Horta, Moisés López, and Reuben A. Torres, they released their first album, "El fin," in 2010. In the United States, they debuted under the Nacional Records label, which released "El Origen" in 2013. By the time they launched their latest work, "Epílogo," they had transitioned to a duo with López and Torres.
