Los Roller, formed in the mid-1960s in Murcia, Spain, were a band driven by their passion for The Beatles. The project began in 1965 when neighbors and friends Pepe Silvente Alonso (vocals) and Fernando González Lasheras (bass) decided to pursue their dream of making music. They initially played under the name Los Quién, alongside bandmates Juan Bernal, Cristóbal Susarte, and Pepe ‘el de la perfumaría’. Soon after, Mariano Montoya Bernabéu (guitar), Rafael Párraga Luna (rhythm guitar), and Juan García Guzmán (drums) joined the group, leading to a name change to Los Roller. The band gained popularity in their region, especially in Murcia, performing at various clubs such as el Club Remo, el Taplo, el Casino Carmelitano, Pepe’s Club, and el Club Real Murcia. They shared the stage with other local bands like Los Capicúas and Los Mengües. Despite challenges such as limited equipment and low sound quality, their passion for music drove them forward. Los Roller achieved a significant milestone by winning the 'Musical Superpop' contest hosted by Radio Juventud, earning the title of the best band in Murcia. The prize included the opportunity to record four songs in Barcelona and release a single with Belter in 1969. However, the sales of their single, which featured a cover of The Doors' "Touch Me
