Los Terricolas is a Venezuelan pop music group, whose name translates to "The Earthlings" in Spanish. The group was formed in 1968 in Morón, Carabobo state, originally under the name "Mini Combo Montrealo." It was built around four brothers: the director and keyboardist, Hoyer (lead singer and bass), Hoyer (female singer), and Hoyer (drums). A cousin of the Hoyer brothers also participated in some recordings, contributing guitar, vocals, and percussion. In the early 1970s, after signing a contract with Cesar Roldan, the owner of the Discomoda label, they changed their name to Los Terricolas and released their first record, "Volveras."
