Los Violadores is a punk rock and hard rock band from Buenos Aires, Argentina, formed in 1980. They are recognized as the first known punk group from South America and the first to sing in Spanish. Over the years, their musical style evolved from punk to heavy rock. The band has experienced several disbandments and reactivations since its inception.
