Lost Balance is a trip-hop group hailing from Granada, Spain, formed in 2000. The band consists of Isabel Benedí, who serves as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, and Mariano Rodríguez, also a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. Lost Balance emerged from the remnants of their previous band, Lunatic Fringe. Throughout their career, they released two albums, one EP, and a compilation of rarities. Currently, the band is on an indefinite hiatus. Isabel Benedí is now pursuing a solo career under the name A Phone Call, while Mariano Rodríguez is active in the bands Ladolorosa and Modern Down Beauty, and has also played in Skin Buildings.
