Louis Chachere was a soul organist and producer from Kansas City, Missouri, active during the 1960s and 1970s. Born on February 6, 1937, he passed away on August 20, 2007. Chachere originally recorded the track ‘The Hen’ for the local MJC label, which was later re-released by the Forte label in Kansas City. The song was also licensed to and released by Paula Records. Additionally, Chachere produced the sought-after 45 ‘Remember Me’ by the Trinikas.
