Louis Rey was a Swiss composer and conductor born in 1906 in Geneva. He established his own sextet in 1927 and worked at the theatre in Algiers in 1929. Later, he was employed by the radio studio in Geneva, where he spent a significant amount of time working as a pianist and arranger. Rey passed away in 1981.
