Love and Rockets was an English alternative rock band formed in 1985 by former members Daniel Ash (vocals, guitar, and saxophone), David J (bass guitar and vocals), and Kevin Haskins (drums and synthesizers) after their previous group disbanded in 1983. The band performed until their disbandment in April 1999 following a concert in Toronto. They reformed in 2007 and played several concerts until 2008. In a June 2009 interview, Ash stated he had no further plans to play with Love and Rockets, a position that remained until 2023.
