Lucha Reyes, born on May 23, 1906, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, was a prominent performer of Mexican ranchera and mariachi music. She displayed a passion for singing from a young age, and her career flourished in the 1930s when she focused on themes of Mexican folklore. Lucha Reyes passed away on June 25, 1944.
