Luckson Padaud, also known as Lago Tapé Séhia, is a prominent figure in Ivorian music, recognized as the precursor of “laba laba.” He gained widespread fame in 1982 with the release of his first album, establishing himself as one of the masters of traditional-modern music in Ivory Coast. Over the years, he has achieved numerous successes and has released 15 albums. In June 2007, he celebrated 25 years in the music industry. Currently, he is preparing to release a best-of compilation followed by a studio album, indicating that his musical journey continues with a promising future ahead.
