Luis Felipe Gonzalez, known as "Luis Felipe" or "Don Filemón," is a Venezuelan salsa and tropical music bassist, singer, arranger, and producer. Born on December 31, 1949, in Caracas, he formed his own band, Don Filemón y su Banda, in 1975. He later settled in Cali, Colombia.
