Luiz Caldas is a talented musician who began his career at the age of seven. He gained prominence in the music scene of Salvador by performing at the Circus "Troca de Segredos" and participating in Carnival associations. Known for creating the hybrid sound of Axe Music, he showcased his musical strength with his album, which opened doors for other Bahian artists. His song "Fricote," also known as "Nega do Cabelo Duro," became a hit on Brazilian radio. With 130 songs released across various genres, including rock, forró, MPB, samba, electric trio, and axé, he has made significant contributions to the music industry. In 2011, he worked on over 12 albums featuring previously unreleased songs. Recently, he initiated a project to release free songs monthly on his website.
