Luke Slater (b. 12 June 1968, Reading, Berkshire, England) is an English electronic musician, DJ, and record producer from Crawley, UK. He is recognized as one of the UK's longest-standing techno producers and DJs, having been active since the late 1980s. During this time, he worked at the Mi Price record shop, where he was involved in founding the shop and label. Slater has released music on several seminal labels and was also a resident DJ at Troll. In 2006, he established his own project.
