Mackey Feary was a talented singer, guitar player, and songwriter born in 1955. He was a founding member of the group Kalapana in 1973 and later formed The Mackey Feary Band in 1978. In addition to his work with these groups, he also pursued a solo career. In 1986, he reunited with Kalapana. Mackey Feary passed away in 1999.
