Magic In Threes is an instrumental combo based in Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 2010. The group specializes in psychedelic cinematic-soul, creating a heavy atmospheric sound that is quite smoked out. The band consists of Dave Singleton, who plays guitar, bass, keys, and percussion, and Nick DeVan, who contributes on drums, keys, percussion, and horn arrangements. They are joined by featured musicians Joe D Douglas on flute and alto sax, Mikie Martel on trumpet and flugelhorn, Andrew Muller on guitar, and Kirk Donovan on trumpet and flugelhorn.
