Magic Mixture was a British psychedelic band active in the late 1960s. The group consisted of Terry Thomas (guitar/vocals), Melvyn Hacker (bass), Jack Collins (drums), and Stan Curtis (organ). Terry and Melvyn were students at the Central Foundation Boys School in London during the early 1960s. After experiencing some lineup changes, the band released their sole album in 1968, which is considered one of the better examples of the psychedelic genre. The album features engaging instrumental work on tracks such as "(I’m So) Sad," "Urge To Leave," and "Slowly The Day."
