Malarians was a ska band from Madrid, Spain, formed in 1986. Initially, they started under the name Ton Ton Macoute, later changing it to Guaqui Táneke, through which they gained recognition in the ska and reggae circuits. They recorded their first references with Guaqui Táneke, contributing two songs to compilations: Rock'n'Moncloa in 1989 and Latin Ska Fiesta in 1990. In 1990/91, they changed their name to Malarians and remained active until their dissolution in 2000.
