Manolin Morel was a Puerto Rican saxophonist, clarinetist, and orchestra leader from Ponce. He moved to New York in the 1950s but later returned to Puerto Rico, where he passed away in 1989. He is also known as Manolin Morel Campos. He is the son of Manuel Morel from Los Whoopy Kids and the grandson of an unnamed individual. He is also a father.
