**Bio: Manolo Muñoz** Manolo Muñoz, born in 1941 in La Barca, Jalisco Municipality, was a unique singer known for his contributions to the music scene in Mexico. Raised in a humble and hardworking family, he began working at a young age to support his family, taking on roles such as errand boy and assistant barber. Muñoz started his career with Los Gibson Boys, performing popular songs like "El Acapulco Rock" and "The Plague." He later embarked on a solo career, achieving fame with hits such as "La Pera Madura," "Oh Beautiful," "Dale Dale," "Juanita Banana," and his distinctive rendition of "Speedy González." Throughout the 1960s, he appeared in films like "My Soul for Love," alongside Enrique Guzmán and Angélica María, and "Youth Prevails" with César Costa. He also worked with notable artists like Javier Solís and produced over 30 albums during his career. In the 1970s, Muñoz achieved his biggest hit, "Flare," which showcased his magnificent voice and unique style, earning him the title "Mr. Blaze." He recorded several other successful songs, including "In a Corner of the Soul" and "Regrets: Night, Do Not Go."
