Marcie's Still Waiting is a band that was formed in 1984 as a studio project in the Mollycat recording studio of Rainer Winschermann in Velbert-Langenberg, Germany. The group was primarily composed of Rainer Spachmann, who handled vocals, guitar, keyboards, and drums, and Rainer Winschermann, who played saxophone and drums. Frank Behnke contributed as a composer and keyboardist on the tracks "A Mysterious Song" and "For You (Not For You)," along with Thomas Döbber on bass and Anne Weber providing backing vocals. The band recorded their songs during the years 1985 and 1986. They hail from Muelheim an der Ruhr.
