Marvellous Cain is a UK-based DJ and producer originally from Basingstoke. He began his DJing career as part of the Katmandu sound system and had his first residency in the rave scene with Yikes before moving on to In-Ter-Dance. During the Jungle's ragga heyday in 1993-94, he released several notable tracks, including "The Hitman" and "Dub Plate Style." In 1995, he signed with Suburban Base after releasing tracks on his friend Sponge's label, I.Q. Recordings, where he collaborated with Sponge and current Ganja Kru member Pascal. Additionally, during the early to mid-90s, Marvellous ran Sight Sound Motion Records in Basingstoke with his cousin Byron Lewis and friend Lyndsey. He also owned or co-owned other labels.
