Mary Yalex is an ambient producer based in Erfurt, Thuringia, with a career spanning multiple decades. Known for her innovative approach, she blends genres such as ambient, leftfield, IDM, electro, and experimental, pushing the boundaries of her sound. Her acclaimed works have been released on her own label, Yalex Recordings, as well as on notable imprints like Dichotomy, KANN Records, Molly’s RDV, Muzan Editions, Dial Records, Sound As Language, and Frank Music. A true ambassador for freedom of expression, Mary has delivered mystical live sets in various cities, creating immersive experiences for audiences at venues like Berlin's About Blank://, Nachtdigital Flex in Olganitz, and Conne Island, as well as Mjut in Leipzig, where she lived from 2008 to 2021.
